Executive & Team Assistant

Joranalogue Audio Design is looking for someone who keeps things running: founder support, team coordination, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a supporting role, not a management role. You will not be running sales, accounting or engineering. Your mission will be to make it easier for everyone else to do their work.

What you'll do

Founder support (primary)

• Manage scheduling, meeting prep, agendas and follow-ups
• Make sure the right context is always at hand
• Filter external requests—protect founder focus
• Interface with suppliers, government bodies and service providers

Team support

• Track weekly updates, surface blockers early, chase missing info
• Ensure decisions and priorities are visible and followed up
• Help any team member with small tasks when capacity allows (research, formatting, data entry, logistics etc)

Information & systems

• Keep our internal tools organised and consistent
• Maintain protocols, checklists and documentation
• Reduce duplication and scattered info

Office management

• Keep the workspace in peak condition: supplies stocked, storage organised, tools ready to go
• Coordinate simple errands: suppliers, appointments and services
• Ensure the environment never slows the team down

Who you are

• Reliable, proactive, steady: you follow things through until they are done
• Highly organised, concise communicator—written and spoken
• Comfortable around technical/hardware environments (engineering knowledge not required)
• Enjoys building order, so the whole team can perform at its best
• Based in Belgium, or has lived here and can navigate local systems

Backgrounds that translate well: executive assistant, studio/event management, office administrator, project support… Mindset matters more than job titles.

Practical details

• Full-time, permanent contract (bediende)
• Hybrid possible, with regular on-site days (Stekene, Belgium)
• Direct collaboration with the founder + team support
• Languages: fluency in English and Dutch is required; French is a strong plus

Compensation

• €2700—€3000 gross per month (depending on experience)
• End-of-year bonus (13th month)
• €10/day meal vouchers
• Electric company car with free charging
• Laptop, phone and mobile plan provided
